Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Darin Brent Robinson, insolvency practitioner of Insol Northland, Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of HOMMA ENTERPRISES LIMITED.

The liquidation commenced on 21 December 2017 at 4.30pm.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 9 February 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
