RENAISSANCE BREWING LIMITED (in liquidation)
Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution of the creditors at a watershed meeting under section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 on 30 January 2018 at 12.30pm.
The liquidators of RENAISSANCE BREWING LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 14 March 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
