Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies by special shareholders’ resolution at the dates and times below:

We fix 26 October 2018 as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
