Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 11 September 2018 at 11.00am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FAIRMONT CIVIL LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
