Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named companies commenced on 6 September 2018 at 11.40am when the High Court at Nelson appointed Neale Jackson and Grant Robert Graham joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
