Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 3 September 2018 at 4.07pm when the members appointed Neale Jackson and Grant Robert Graham, accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
