Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Stephen James Scott and Hayden Dashwood Trotter, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above company by special resolution of the shareholders on 26 January 2018 at 10.00am, the date that the liquidation commenced.

The liquidation is of a solvent company and is being done due to the company having ceased to carry on business.
