Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Subsequent to the trustees of the trust passing a resolution, pursuant to section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and filing a resolution with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), stating that, on appointment of a liquidator, the trust would be able to pay its debts, Malcolm Hollis and Wendy Somerville were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the trust by special resolution of the trustees on 23 August 2018 at 9.55am.

The liquidation commenced on Monday 3 September 2018 at 9.00am.

Notice is given that, as liquidators of the trust, we fix 8 October 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
