Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 September 2018 at the times stated below:

• NGAPUNAWAI LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 10.37am.
• CITORI SADDLES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.44am.

We fix 12 October 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
