Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that HAILL SPA LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 August 2018 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 28 August 2018 at 11.15am, and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidators, whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, Unit 3, 202 Wooldridge Road, PO Box 20009, Christchurch 8543.
