Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kim Scott Thompson were appointed liquidators of 123 HOLDING COMPANY LIMITED on 30 August 2018 at 10.07am.

We fix 30 October 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
