Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ELDER SHEARING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 30 August 2018 at 11.52am.

We fix 15 October 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
