Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Regan Brown, chartered accountant of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of AIRPORT PROPERTIES LIMITED, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 August 2018 at 9.00am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 27 October 2018 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
