Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is given that I, Maarten Dirkzwager, solicitor of Timaru, was appointed liquidator of the above-mentioned company under section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993 by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 23 August 2018 at 11.00am.

The liquidator consents to the appointment.

The liquidation commenced on 23 August 2018.
