Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 27 August 2018 at 10.29pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that YOGA SHACK LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
