Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of PINGA LOGISTICS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 August 2018 at 10.19am.

We fix 28 September 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
