David Edward Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, was appointed joint and several liquidator of WAERE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 August 2018 at 2.00pm.

I fix 17 September 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
