Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Company Numbers: 2329977, 2249889

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on 16 August 2018 at 4.31pm and 4.35pm respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The directors had previously passed resolutions declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator the companies would be able to pay their debts.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a creditors’ meeting.
