Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries and David Sean Webb, insolvency specialists, replaced Arran Boote, chartered accountant, as joint and several liquidators of DATAFLOW CONSULTING LIMITED (in liquidation) and TSI ADMIN 1991 LIMITED (in liquidation) on 12 August 2018 at 1.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect to the companies should provide details to the liquidators urgently.

The liquidators have fixed 17 September 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
