Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kelera Nayacakalou was appointed liquidator of CATALYST PAINTING LIMITED (formerly CATALYST PAINTING, ROOF AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LIMITED) (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 6 August 2018 at 2.50pm.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 28 September 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
