Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Richard Grant Simpson of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of AUCKBRITT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED by special resolution of the company.

The liquidation commenced on 14 August 2018 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 12 September 2018 as the date on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.
