Malcolm Hollis and Marcus McMillan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of PUTARURU COMMERCIAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 14 August 2018 at 11.02am.

We fix 30 September 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
