Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that 1STOP LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 August 2018 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard (Gus) Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 10 August 2018 at 2.45pm, and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidators, whose address is c/o Insolvency Management Limited, 248 High Street, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.
