Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 25 January 2018, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE GREAT GATSBY LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, of Palliser Insolvency Limited, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 25 January 2018.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 23 February 2018.
