Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 255(2)(a)

On 30 July 2018, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that LANDFILL ROAD HOLDINGS (CARLUCCI) LIMITED be liquidated and that Bruce Frederick McCullough, business consultant of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 30 July 2018 at 3.30pm.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that I fix 7 September 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish priority in respect to their claims, pursuant to section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claim is received or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
