Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 25(c) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were confirmed as liquidators jointly and severally of WAIKATO MASTER PLUMBERS’ GAS FITTERS AND DRAINLAYERS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED (in liquidation) on 8 August 2018 at 6.25pm at the second general meeting required for this purpose. This is a solvent liquidation.

12 September 2018 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
