Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders on 7 August 2018 at the times below:

CAVATINA LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.30am.

COMPUTERWARE PLUS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.45am.

DAILY COMPUTER CONSUMABLES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.50am.

We fix 7 October 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
