Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Colin Sanderson, accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the sole shareholder of the company on 3 August 2018 at 11.30am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 14 September 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
