Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator

Greg Sherriff, cpa, was appointed liquidator of NZ CREDIT FUND (GP) 1 LIMITED (in liquidation), pursuant to section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 December 2017 at 12.02pm in place of Jeff Meltzer and Mike Lamacraft, who resigned as liquidators of the company on the same day.
