Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and
Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

On 26 July 2018 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the above-named company be put into voluntary liquidation and that Belinda Canton and Graeme Rhodes, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose. The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.

The liquidation commenced on 26 July 2018.

Notice is hereby given that, as joint liquidators of the company, we fix 24 August 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
