Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Sections 3, 255(2)(a)

On 31 July 2018 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DRIVING RANGE HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Grant Edwin Duthie and Michael Schimanski of Kendons Scott Macdonald Limited, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 31 July 2018 at 1.00pm.

The liquidators fix 30 August 2018 as the date by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
