Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 20 July 2018 at 4.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The directors had previously passed resolutions declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 the liquidator is not required to call a creditors’ meeting.
