Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993

In the matter of section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that NZ TOOLS LIMITED was placed into liquidation on 30 July 2018 at 11.11am with the appointment of Grant Bruce Reynolds as liquidator.
