Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEW ZEALAND SPECIALTY KIWIFRUIT PRODUCTS LIMITED by the High Court at Tauranga on 30 July 2018 at 10.30am.
