Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Hollis and Marcus McMillan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Rotorua pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 3 July 2018 at the times stated below:

• SADHU HORTICULTURE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.03am.
• TAKHAR HORTICULTURAL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.11am.
• ACRE MAKERS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.19am.

We fix 31 August 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
