Malcolm Hollis and Marcus McMillan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BELLAMYS REAL ESTATE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 19 July 2018 at 10.13am.

We fix 31 August 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
