Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

On 14 July 2018 at 6.30pm, the shareholders of TERRACE FREIGHT LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing as joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 17 August 2018.
