Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that FORTUNE THEATRE TRUST (in liquidation) resolved pursuant to section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 on 9 July 2018 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard (Gus) Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 9 July 2018 at 5.45pm and creditors may make enquiries from the liquidators, whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, 248 High Street (PO Box 1058), Dunedin 9054.
