Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that CAESARS HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 9 July 2018 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 9 July 2018 at 2.05pm and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidators, whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, Unit 3, 202 Wooldridge Road (PO Box 20009), Christchurch 8543.
