Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 20 July 2018 at 2.35pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BRAINZIAC NZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
