Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Principle Liquidation Limited (Kevin J. Davies, insolvency practitioner) of Tauranga, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 19 June 2018 at 6.10pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 31 August 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
