Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The shareholder of the company resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon Hansen of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 17 July 2018 at 9.00am.

Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, on or before 17 August 2018.
