Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Iain McLennan and Colin Sanderson, accredited insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Hamilton on 9 July 2018 at 11.12am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 17 August 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
