Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Hollis and Marcus McMillan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of DALY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 4 July 2018 at 10.30am.

We fix 17 August 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
