Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that RYDER BOOKS AND STATIONERY LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 June 2018 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard (Gus) Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 18 June 2018 at 2.00pm and creditors may make enquiries from the liquidators whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, 248 High Street (PO Box 1058), Dunedin 9054.
