Malcolm Hollis and Marcus McMillan, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MIPD LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 29 June 2018 at 3.57pm.
