WORKFORCE NZ LIMITED (trading as Killer Prawn) (in liquidation)
Marcus McMillan, insolvency practitioner, and John Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WORKFORCE NZ LIMITED (trading as Killer Prawn) (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 June 2018 at 10.29am.
Subsequently, Marcus McMillan resigned as liquidator, and Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as replacement liquidator on 28 June 2018 at 9.25am.
We fix 15 August 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
