Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, accredited insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the sole shareholder of the company on 28 June 2018 at 6.15pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 10 August 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
