Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The Companies Act 1993

On 21 June 2018 at 12.00pm it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TASMAN FARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Carolyn Lee Jackson and Christopher John Lynch of New Plymouth, chartered accountants, be appointed joint liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on 27 June 2018.
