Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 20 June 2018 and 27 June 2018 respectively, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 20 June 2018 at 1.00pm and 27 June 2018 at 11.00am respectively. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 20 July 2018 and 27 July 2018 respectively.
